This course is designed for productivity. The first day is about productivity through purpose: the second -  productivity through people

This course is a specialist tools and techniques course for managers who already have some experience of managing a team.

This course offers practical leadership tools and techniques to facilitate a manager's ability to lead, engage, empower and energise.

This course offers practical management tools and techniques to enable managers to manage much of their role more purposefully.

This course offers practical time management techniques that are designed specifically for managers.


By combining Leadership, Management, and advanced time management techniques, you will improve your ability to lead your team, manage your work and save a lot of time and stress in how you do it.

By combining tools and techniques for instant impact when you return, together with the strategies from the Manager's Time Improvement system, you will gain practices that will have continuous impact throughout your career.

By employing these techniques not only will your own performance rise but the performance of your team will also rise. You will also have additional ways to talk through performance issues with them and measure how you, and they are performing.

By coming to the course, you will learn tools and techniques that you may not have encountered before.   • Integrate and align the various activities you do, with your purpose.

  • Challenge the purpose of any organisation activity in a way that defines it's contribution

  • Reduce procrastination, the tendency to be wastefully reactive and improve the time culture.

  • Increase engagement, energy, innovation, and momentum within the team

  • Learn about some new tools to improve delegation, coaching and empowerment

  • Start work on the Manager's Time Improvement System, and learn what matters, measure what you do and improve how you perform.
